Mission Statement

Our mission, as a professional labor organization, is to protect the interests of our members as well as those of the citizens and businesses that call Frederick County their home. By promoting firefighter health and safety in conjunction with our members personal improvement and compensation, we help to ensure that Frederick County, it's citizens and businesses, are served and protected by the highest motivated, best trained, most educated and most competent firefighters and paramedics possible.
